Beet, Parsley and Ginger Juice
Here the recipe:
- 1 large beet
- 2 medium (or 1 large) carrots
- 2 apples
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 lemon
- 1 navel orange
- 1 2-inch piece ginger
- 1 large handful fresh parsley
- 6 leaves swiss chard
Using a juicer, squeeze all the ingredients (peel off the peel if necessary). Pour the whole mixture into a glass and enjoy immediately! You can put it in a bottle for later use, but you can drink it and store it in the refrigerator on the same day. Enjoy! Thanks for the recipe.
Pear, Mango and Spinach Juice

- 2 pear
- 1 mango
- 1 cup spinach
Apple, Lemon and Mint Juice
- 600 ml of apple juice
- 45 ml of lemon juice
- 15 large fresh mint leaves
This recipe, which is very simple to make, is delicious. Put all the ingredients you need to make in a blender and mix them until the mint is in very small pieces. Apple and Beet Juice

There is an interesting experience described on the site where I found this recipe. I recommend you to read. It’s very simple to do. Do not peel the skin of the apple but wash it well. Peel the woody bark on the beets. Then squeeze the juice separately on your electric juicer. Store in separate containers in the refrigerator until you consume it. Mix and consume equal amounts of both.
Strawberry Watermelon Juice
- 2 Cups Watermelon
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 2 cups frozen Strawberries

Beet and Ginger Juice for Detox
- 1 organic lemon (juiced)
- 2 large raw beets (peeled)
- 3-4 large Gala apples (or Honeycrisp apples)
- a large fistful of organic parsley
- 2-inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled)

Watermelon Orange Ginger Turmeric Juice
- 18 oz squeezed orange juice (6 oranges)
- 7 cups of cubed watermelon
- Approx. 3″ knob of peeled ginger root
- 3/4 – 1 tsp ground turmeric
Juice six or so oranges, or until you’ve reached 18 oz of juice.
Cut and cube watermelon and add watermelon chunks to a blender. Add ginger (no need to mince or grate) and turmeric. Pour in orange juice.
Blend until watermelon chunks have liquefied and juice is as smooth as it’ll get. Pour juice through a strainer and discard pulp and ginger remnants. Chill and enjoy! Link
